  • What’s your return policy on used devices?

    • We do not offer returns on used device sales, yet we do offer a 15 day warranty. If the used device or part become defective we will take it in and repair it, if we can't repair it we will replace it or issue you a store credit.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    • We offer a 90-day warranty on most parts which we replace, yet this warranty is limited to the proper functionality of the part we replaced (any physical damage to your device while in your possession will not be covered and there are no exceptions).

    • All water damaged device treatments will have no guarantee nor warranty.

Customer Support

  • Do you offer one on one customer support?

    • Yes, we do. This can be achieved by booking an appointment. Appointments can be booked through a call or email.

  • What services do you offer?

    • We mainly offer smartphone, tablet, and computer repair services. 

  • Can you work on my old iMac?

    • Yes, we can!

  • Can you do my repair while I wait?

    • Generally, repairs can be completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour (some repairs may take longer). Customers can wait for their devices in the waiting area, or pick them up later. 

  • Do you take credit cards?

    • Yes, we accept all major credit cards, along with Apple pay, and other payment methods. We currently do not accept cryptocurrencies.

  • Do you activate phone services?

    • Yes, we can activate a variety of services such as (H2o, Lyca Mobile, etc.)

  • Do you unlock phones?

    • Yes, we do, although unlocking varies in time and price from device to device. For more information, please call us for more details.

  • Do you offer in office/home visits?

    • We are currently not set up to provide this service but are planning to offer it in the future. 

  • What are your business hours?

    • Our 9 AM to 5 PM business hours are Monday to Saturday

  • How long does it take to replace a Samsung galaxy battery?

    • Generally about 1 to 2 hours.

  • Do you only do Hardware repairs?

    • No, we also offer software solutions.

  • Can you help me set up my new iPad?

    • Yes of course. Please book an appointment for this service.

  • Do I need to backup my device before the repair?

    • We strongly encourage that you back up your devices if possible before any repair. Although we have a high success rate, as with any repair, unexpected accidents may happen.

  • Do you sell phone cases?

    • Yes, we do, we have a great selection of phone cases available both at our stores and in our growing online collection. 

  • Do you buy used devices?

    • Yes, we do. We offer to buy most phones, and if a purchase is not possible, we also offer a recycling service. Please bring in any of your devices (working, broken or non-working).

  • Do you recycle electronics?

    • Yes! We send unusable phones to a local recycling business.
